DONATE TO THE NHS

Thank you for exploring the different ways you can support the Northumberland Humane Society. We would be unable to help the animals in our care without the continuous support from our donors – your donations help us to help them!

ADOPT A CAGE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

By sponsoring a cage, you help provide vital support for the unwanted, neglected or abused animals that require temporary housing at our shelter. Sometimes finding a new, loving home for homeless animals can take weeks or even months and our program helps to provide any animal placed within the sponsored cage with a warm bed, nourishing food or even a fun toy.

For some of these animals, our cages are the only “home” they have ever known and these small items mean the world to them. Our cages offer a safe, clean environment that provide refuge for the animals while they wait for a permanent home.

Your cage sponsorship will be recognized with a plaque displaying the Sponsor Name in our cat or dog adoption center areas. You may choose to sponsor a cage as a tribute gift to celebrate a loved one, to honour a lost pet or to advertise your business! Your sponsorship gift is also tax-deductible!
